AV UP – New Skills for the Audiovisual Industry is a nationwide three-year project that develops education in the audiovisual sector and supports the industry's growth in collaboration with educational institutions and working life.
The aim is to develop the working life and customer competence of Omnia's personnel, and to improve the quality and management of customer work by clearly defining the ownership, responsibilities and decision-making of processes related to customer work.
The project supported and developed the methods for learning at work, created common procedures for apprenticeship training and unified service processes.
