During the admission information event, participants will meet teachers and have an opportunity to ask questions.
The event is organized either on-site at the campus or online. The implementation method is stated in the information for each study option. Not all qualifications include an admission information event. If a qualification does include one, participation is required for your application process to continue.
Support for Your study choice from the Admission Information Event
The admission information event provides information about the training so that you can assess how well it matches your goals and interests. Its purpose is to support your decision-making: you get a realistic view of the content of the training, the study methods and the practical arrangements. The admission information event is not a test. It is a shared event for all applicants, where you can ask questions and consider your own situation.
How to prepare for the admission information event
- After submitting your application, write down the time and place of the admission information event and make sure you are available to participate.
- If you are eligible, you will receive an invitation by email about two weeks after the application period has ended.
- If the event is held on-site, bring a valid photo ID, such as an identity card or passport.
- A photo of the ID on your phone is not sufficient.
- If the event is held online, ensure you have a working internet connection and a device that allows you to participate. Choose a quiet place for participating the event.
Participation is required for student selection
Participation in the admission information event is mandatory. Your application can only proceed, and you can be considered for a study place, if you attend the event. If you cannot attend, please inform us in advance. Special arrangements are only made for acceptable reasons. If you do not attend and do not notify us, your application will be rejected. You may apply again in the next application round.
After the admission information event
After the admission information event, student selections are made. The results of the selection are sent by email. If you are selected, the message will include instructions on how to accept your study place. The number of available study places is specified in the Studyinfo study option ja not all applicants will necessarily be selected.
