Service

Omnia’s IT support services, or Helpdesk, will support you during your studies.

You can contact Helpdesk if you have any IT concerns, such as a non-functioning password, questions on the use of e-mail or issues related to the use of the Microsoft 365 environment. You can find instructions and tips on the Helpdesk website.

Exceptional Opening Hours

Wednesday, 18th of June 2025: All IT support service points will be closed.
Thursday, 19th of June 2025: All IT support service points will close at 13:00.

IT Support – Summer 2025 Opening Hours

From the beginning of June until Midsummer (2–191 June 2025)

The IT support service is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.

After Midsummer (23 June – 11 July 2025)

IT support is available by appointment on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00.

Between 14 and 31 July 2025

IT support is available via the support request form only. Service points are not open without an appointment.

August 2025

  • 1 August: The Kirkkokatu IT support service point will open.
  • 4 August: IT support service points at other locations will open.
