Omnia Skills Centre OSKE offers services that increase professional skills and promote employment for immigrants in Espoo. OSKE's services are intended for Espoo residents over the age of 18 who have a residence permit.

At Omnia’s building sites learning takes place in a genuine learning environment.

The member municipalities Espoo, Kirkkonummi and Kauniainen are represented in Omnia’s decision making. Espoo is represented on the board by six members, Kirkkonummi by two and Kauniainen by one member.

The national certificate of language proficiency (YKI) is an official certificate of language proficiency. With the YKI certificate, you can officially prove your language skills.

In adult basic education, you can complete the entire comprehensive school curriculum or parts of it. You can also improve your grades from basic education.

The education for immigrant women (NAKO training) is meant for you if you are an adult, you don´t have the right for an integration plan, and your Finnish language skills are not sufficient for studies or employment.

The education for immigrant youth (MANU training) is meant for you if you are an unemployed immigrant aged 18 to 30 and do not have a study place.
