Espoo Adult Education Centre offers a wide range of inspiring courses that you can study online.

Most of our Spring 2026 courses will be published on Ilmonet on 10 November, and registration opens on 17 November. However, some courses are already open for registration.

Please note that during the autumn break (week 42), most teaching is on hold.

📢 Come visit us and 40+ service providers at the Hello Espoo event on 9.10.2025 at 16:30–19:00 at 
Monikko School Center, Veräjäpellonkatu 2-4, 02650 Espoo

Let us show you reasons to fall in love with Espoo at the free Hello Espoo event. There will be music performances, interactive workshops and engaging activities for you and your family. You can meet and discuss with different units of the city of Espoo and organizations about their activities from living and working at Espoo to education, well-being and leisure. You can ask us about your hometown (or future hometown), Espoo.

🎁 From all registrations before 2.10.2025, we will pick one winner for a special gift from City of Espoo. The winner will be announced at the event.

Do you need official proof of your English language skills? The next English YKI test is on 25 October 2025. The National Certificates of Language Proficiency (YKI) is the Finnish official system for language proficiency testing. The test at the Omnia Espoo Adult Education Centre takes place in Tapiola. 

Make sure to enroll for the test in time to secure your spot. Enrollment for the intermediate level (B1 and B2) and for the advanced level (C1 and C2) is open 8.9.-11.10.2025.
