    Apprenticeship offers a flexible path to study for a profession. It is also a practical way to develop one’s own or the work community’s professional skills. Apprenticeship is suitable for everyone, regardless of their background or age, and can be started flexibly throughout the year.

  • The admission criteria influence which applicants are selected to Omnia’s trainings. Your language proficiency will also be assessed, and depending on the chosen field of study, your health will be checked to meet the requirements set by regulations. Generally, only applicants residing in Finland can be admitted to Omnia's vocational education and TUVA training.
    Vocational competence
  • Your English and Finnish language proficiency will be assessed if we are uncertain about your language skills. Omnia wants to ensure that your language skills are sufficient for the education.
  • A Personal competence development plan (PCDP), refers to the process where a customized study path is planned and implemented to meet your individual needs as a vocational student.
    Guidance
  • A student in vocational education will receive the Vocational Education Student Feedback (Amispalaute) survey. The survey is answered at the beginning and end of the studies.
    Inclusion
  • The aim of the SORA regulations is to improve the safety of education and working life. The regulations also govern Omnia’s operations.
  • At Omnia, you can complete a dual qualification, i.e. a combined general and vocational upper secondary education, which means completing an upper secondary vocational qualification and the matriculation examination in parallel.

  • Omnia Skills Centre OSKE is intended for immigrants living in Espoo or Kauniainen who want to work or study. OSKE professionals provide individual support in finding a suitable job or place of study. As an OSKE client, you will strengthen your skills and working life competences. You can become a client through Employment Espoo services.
