At the Omnia Service Centre, you can receive help and support for daily life. The Service Centre serves current Omnia students and staff, guardians, and those interested in Omnia's services and education.

The Omnia Service Centre offers multi-channel customer and guidance services centrally through a one-stop-shop principle.

At the Service Centre, you can receive:

  • Personal guidance
  • Information and support for accessing education and services
  • Information about study options
  • Support for learning at work
  • Information about student benefits
  • IT help services
  • Assistance with other study-related matters

There is also guidance for electronic services, learning material loan services, and appointment services available.

Omnia students are also served by the  electronic student office, through which you can order various certificates and forms.

In the information package for new vocational students, you will find answers and instructions for the most common questions. The instructions are intended for both new and long-term students.

If you need to send confidential email to Omnia and do not have an email account provided by Omnia, you can send your message securely via smail.omnia.fi.
