Students from outside the EU and EEA who apply to study at Omnia may be required to pay a annual tuition fee for upper secondary education starting from 1 August 2026. The fee applies to both vocational education and training and general upper secondary (lukio) studies when the student’s residence permit in Finland is based on studies.

Citizens of countries other than EU or EEA member states may be charged a tuition fee for upper secondary education.
