Project description

Projects objective is to renew and enhance SME`s businesses by better customer insight and utilizing 
digitalization throughout the company. The target group of the project is Small and Medium sized companies (SME`s) in Uusimaa area. Results of the project are companies with better customer insight, having increased digitalization. Results of the project are renewed businesses, better resilience against changes in the business environment, more skills to utilize agile development methods and facilitators. Companies have better customer service, they have gained new customers and new target groups, processes are more effective and coworking with stakeholders has intensified.
