Vocational Education Student Feedback – Amispalaute

Student feedback helps monitor students' satisfaction with their education. Based on the responses, efforts are made to improve the quality of education. Amispalaute is a survey organized by the Finnish National Agency for Education and has an impact on the funding received by the educational institution.

The Amispalaute survey is intended for students who are completing:

• A vocational upper secondary qualification
• A further vocational qualification
• A specialist vocational qualification
• One or more parts of a qualification

Initial Survey

• At the beginning of your studies, you will have discussions with your responsible teacher regarding your Personal Competence Development Plan (HOKS).
• Once your HOKS is approved, you will receive the Amispalaute initial survey via email within 24 hours.
• The Finnish National Agency for Education will send the initial survey:
  • From the email address: no-reply@opintopolku.fi
  • With the subject: Palautetta oppilaitokselle - Respons till läroanstalten - Feedback to educational institution.
• You have 30 days to respond.
  • Your responsible teacher will provide instructions on how to complete the survey during class.
  • You may also complete it independently.
• If you cannot find the email, please contact amispalaute@omnia.fi.

Final Survey

• At the end of your studies, you will have a final HOKS discussion with your responsible teacher.
• Once your responsible teacher has marked your studies as completed, you will receive the Amispalaute final survey via email within 24 hours.
• The Finnish National Agency for Education will send the final survey:
  • From the email address: no-reply@opintopolku.fi
  • With the subject: Palautetta oppilaitokselle - Respons till läroanstalten - Feedback to educational institution.
• You have 30 days to respond.
  • Once you have completed the final survey, you can request your certificate.
    Students can request an electronic certificate through Omnia IT Helpdesk (it.omnia.fi).
• If you cannot find the email, please contact amispalaute@omnia.fi.
