Project description

The aim of the education of immigrant women is to recruit approximately 40 women in the target group and to provide women with the conditions to apply for and progress to working life after the training or already in the middle of the training and/or Finnish-language postgraduate studies. The project will create and describe in writing a training model that can be implemented on a permanent basis as a form of service for the project's target groups.

Target groups

Employed, persons in upper secondary vocational or tertiary education or those who have completed a qualification, and immigrants who have received Finnish citizenship and who have registered as unemployed and who lack the linguistic skills for working life in Finland.
