Project description
The aim of the project is to develop ecosystems for promoting customer guidance services and for promoting training opportunities for those in need of training or work. Customer services with easy access enhance the matching between job seekers and job opportunities. The main target group are those without a secondary degree qualification or those whose skills need improvement. Non-Finnish speakers are also one significant target group of this project.
Target groups
Persons without a secondary degree qualification or sufficient skills in the Espoo Region (incl. Kirkkonummi and Kauniainen). A special focus is targeted at employed people and migrants.
Local companies and employers who have suffered from the fast changes of the operational environments and who need support for developing staff skills and competences or for finding new workers.
