Project description
The aim of the project was to provide teachers with practical tools and skills when moving towards a new teacher role. Teacher training sessions invited teachers to recognise own traditional ways of working and then to find new methods and approaches. A theme that went through the training was change where teachers can have influence and lead the change to a common goal. The training was carried out by five modules, and the participants were able to choose those themes they were interested in.
