Project description
The rapid change in the field of education, the diversity of teaching methods and the national educational policy for the transition of liberal adult education to a competence-based education require new strategy and new skills in the provision of liberal adult education. The project will bring a competence-based approach to the Adult Education Centre to strengthen the strategic thinking of One Omnia, support the employment of citizens, streamline Omnia's learning pathways and increase teachers' equality and expertise.
The project creates a pedagogical development program, a description of the competence-based process, develops marketing and communication, and develops system competence. After the project, the awareness of competence-based skills has improved, and the value and relevance of the courses offered by the Adult Education Centre in demonstrating competence has increased. At the same time, we are able to provide our customers with regionally targeted, employment-friendly training, thus increasing equality and non-discrimination.
