
Project description
The aim of the project was to support the implementation of the reform in vocational education and training in Finland. One of the goals was to strengthen skills and knowledge among teachers and study counsellors, and this was carried out by creating materials and arranging training sessions. The representatives of working life were invited to join the project by developing workplaces as learning environments that follow the concepts of the VET reform. The employers received training on a regional level and had the opportunity to join working life forums on a national level.
