Project description
The aim of the project is to describe Omnia’s quality management system according to the new legislation for vocational education and training. The quality management system will be developed for the use of Omnia’s staff, and the responsibilities of different actors will be described. The student feedback process will be created for the support of decision-making and improvement processes on different levels. The feedback will be gathered annually on a regular basis and every-one knows his or her role in the process. The cooperation in the national project network supports these activities.
