Project description
Participants have better understanding of individual approach and the use of ILP; they will be able to develop and implement ILP in planning and management of WBL for VET learners.
For VET schools the immediate impact will be improved skills and abilities of their WBL tutors to develop and implement ILP in WBL. Schools will have a training programme and resources for training other WBL tutors and workplace tutors of their partner enterprises, and they have the possibility to establish transnational cooperation with other VET institutions.
Schools can strengthen their status as WBL promoters in their own region, ensure training of several tutors from VET involved in WBL, support national trainings of VET tutors and open opportunities for new partnerships between VET schools and companies of the region.
Target groups
VET providers, managers of VET schools, coordinators of WBL, staff and students in VET and working life.
