Project description
HANAKO Network is a cooperation of VET and working life between Finland and Japan, which was established on 2007 and funded by the Finnish National Agency for Education. The aim of this project is to start using and modelling the Japanese Kaizen philosophy for the development of a functional network. The network develops and consolidates international co-operation between Finland and Japan based on working life and promotes the mutual mobility of students and experts between the countries.
HANAKO Network supports the development of VET to meet the new needs of students and working life. Sectoral working groups develop teaching materials and virtual courses, coaching and guidance. The network consistently organizes HANAKO seminars in Finland and Japan.
