Project description
The project strengthens the expertise of ecosocial education of the staff of Espoo Adult Education Centre and implements the vision and strategy of the City of Espoo and Omnia. The project defines the ecosocial education of adult education centre and creates online training and orientation material. The induction material of the personnel will be summarised in the project's operating methods and results.
The project will increase a common understanding of the sustainable future of the education planning and implementation. All groups of employees participate in the sustainable practices. Their skills are verified by a test, recognised by a mark of competence, everyday skills are strengthened by sustainable development walking and gamation. By monitoring and evaluation it shall be ensured that results shall take in to practice.
