Project description

The project aims at developing the skills and competencies of job-seekers in the Espoo Region in order to help them find a job or a training opportunity. This task will be carried out by arranging flexible learning paths, providing individual support and co-developing new models with working life. As a result, the opportunities for inclusion and for gaining new skills and competences will increase among those with challenges to find a job.

Target groups

Unemployed who cannot get earnings-related allowance, all unemployed under 30 years and all unemployed migrants.
