Project description
The project helps to develop activities by acquiring new approaches, by networking and by enhancing teachers’ language skills and cultural knowhow in a more and more multicultural operational environment.
By encouraging teachers to maintain and develop their professional competence, they are at the same time given tools to do their demanding and respected work.
At the same time, we ensure that the students get good quality and interesting teaching and that the participating teachers get encouraged to participate in international opportunities.

Personnel of the Espoo adult education centre.
