Project description
The project aims at supporting VET providers in the change of organisational culture and in the development of pedagogical management and of pedagogical services. The main way of working is based on peer-networking which enhances sharing expertise, skills and best practices among partners. The main objective of the project is to create new methods for leadership and managements and to strengthen skills and competences in work communities.
