Omnia Education Partnerships is part of the Omnia Group, one of the largest providers of vocational education and training in Finland. OEP and Tavastia are deeply honoured to have formalised the MoU in the presence of the Finnish Minister of Education and Culture, H.E. Mr. Anders Adlercreutz, and the Vice Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Thailand, H.E. Mr. Ongart Wongprayoon, reflecting the strong bilateral commitment to advancing vocational education.
The MoU focuses on deepening collaboration in vocational education and training (TVET) and is centred around three core objectives:
Firstly, the MoU aims to strengthen the development of a competent and skilled workforce by promoting TVET programmes that integrate language proficiency, professional skills, and pedagogical innovation, drawing on best practices from the Finnish education model.
Secondly, the MoU seeks to enhance the quality of education in digital technology and selected vocational fields through an integrated teaching and learning approach that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience, while fostering cooperation between educational institutions, industry, and both the public and private sectors.
Thirdly, the MoU aims to support the continuous professional development of teachers, trainers, and students by encouraging knowledge sharing, academic exchange, and capacity-building to ensure sustainable improvements in vocational education and training.
All partners express their appreciation for the collaboration and look forward to deepening the educational relationship between Finland and Thailand.
