Details of the training

To complete the qualification, you must be working as team leader, shift manager, supervisor or in another role with responsibility for leading a team or be moving into such a position at the beginning of your studies.

The qualification is assessed through authentic workplace tasks and competence demonstrations carried out in your own work environment.

Students studying through an apprenticeship contract must have both a workplace instructor and a workplace assessor. Students participating through independent studies must have a workplace assessor for competence assessment purposes.

The duration of studies is individual. On average, the programme takes approximately one year to complete. The programme includes 10 contact teaching and online training days, which are delivered approximately once a month.
There is no teaching during the summer period.

In addition, the programme includes:

Small-group and individual coaching sessions via Microsoft Teams
Learning assignments linked to your own work
