Project description

The project utilises and implements the previously created Strategic and pedagogical management operating model, on the basis of which a more advanced monitoring model for leadership and effectiveness will be created in cooperation with a national network (90 organisations). The key measures aim to improve the matching challenge by using foresight methods, utilising various information resource service pools more extensively and strengthening the equality of the information contained in them.

Target groups

The primary target group is the administration and operational management of VET providers. The secondary target group is the staff and students of educational institutions.
