Strengthen your skills, find joy in everyday life and support your wellbeing through courses at Espoo Adult Education Centre. Each year, you can find more than 3,000 courses on Ilmonet.fi – welcome to learn and feel well!

Build your digital skills in a relaxed and supportive environment

Do you sometimes find using a computer, the internet or digital services difficult? Espoo Adult Education Centre’s digital skills courses give you the opportunity to practise everyday digital skills in a safe environment and at your own pace. Courses designed for senior learners progress calmly and supportively, and there are no wrong or silly questions.

We also offer courses for those who want to develop their digital skills further or strengthen the skills they need at work. You can learn, for example, about image editing and using artificial intelligence, as well as how to use Canva, Teams and word-processing software.

Explore our digital skills courses on Ilmonet and find a course that suits you. You can also share the courses with someone you know who might appreciate a little more confidence in the digital world.
