Project description

The project promotes the communal operating culture of the educational institution and utilises and develops operating models and methods that support communality and safety. In addition, the understanding that community spirit and safety, especially welfare work, belong to everyone will be strengthened and increased.

Target groups

Students of Omnia’s vocational education, TUVA, upper secondary education for adults and basic education for adults, student activities, teaching and guidance staff, student welfare staff and other staff of units (e.g. facility coordinators). Students are active participants and they are at the centre of all activities, i.e. their role is both the role of the actor and the target group.
