We recommend downloading the desktop version onto your computer at some point.

In the team the DigiTutors will organize technical support and guidance for studying from home. There will also be conversations and sharing of good tips within the group. Helpdesk@omnia.fi will help with use of equipment and services, account details and passwords, as well as different systems used in Omnia.

You can ask for help in different channels within the team, where the DigiTutors will be on call on weekdays from 8am to 3pm. If you are having troubles accessing the team, please be in contact with the DigiTutors via email digitutorit.kirkkokatu@omnia.fi or tel. 040 126 7154.
