Future Leadership is a coordinating project on a national level. The coordinating project is a part of Finnish National Agency for Education´s program called Oikeus osata. The coordinating project supports, guides and follows the work of four networking projects working in the Change of organizational culture and supporting the leadership – program. Networking projects support and develop change management and pedagogical and services management processes in Vocational Education and Training.

Target groups

Board of directors, managers and personnel. Networking projects in the Change of organizational culture and supporting the leadership – program. All Vocational Education Schools which are not participating in the Oikeus osata -program.
