Project description

The project will create a model of the knowledge base that a fireplace mason needs to cope in today’s changing environment. The profession of a fireplace mason requires specialised knowledge, skills and knowledge of the regulations. The job description of a mason has undergone a structural change from village mason to installer of a product bought from a shop and from whom additional services are bought. More and more fireplaces are being and will be built, also for security of supply reasons. Targeted training is used to specialise and train people in an important sector directly for employment.

Target groups

The target groups of the training are employed people planning to change their field, as well as private entrepreneurs working in the construction industry and operating in the field.
