In this course you will be taught how to confidently convey key instructions and feedback to colleagues and clients. The focus is on key aspects that make you effective in your workplace communication.
The course is targeted at people who already have fairly good skills in English but feel the need to improve their communication skills in professional context and gain more fluency and confidence in the English language. Minimum age 16 y.
Details on the course
This is a hybrid teaching course, which allows you to participate remotely or to attend physically in the classroom according to your choice. Teaching is real time and it is not recorded. The online teaching takes place on Zoom. Information and additional material are shared on Moodle-learning platform. Please familiarise yourself with Zoom and Moodle. If you attend remotely, you need a laptop or tablet. The use of a headset is recommended. You will receive the instructions for signing in and the Zoom link 2-3 days before the beginning of the course. If you have not received the starting letter before the beginning of the course, check your email’s spam folder. If you cannot find it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If contact teaching is not possible, this course will take place online.
