Project description

The final aim is to develop a model for teachers and other staff members who carry out guidance in their work. This guidance model includes customer journey planning enhancing learning abilities and providing support for learning. The project aims to develop support services for those students who need special support or have Finnish as their second language. The project offers for teachers support to recognize learning difficulties and students’ need for support, and it enhances teachers’ guidance skills and ability to suggest individualised solutions. Another aim is to examine if some vital guidance and supporting services are missing to prevent students’drop-outs.
