What does variety and internationalisation bring and what skills will it require in future working life? The META-COIN project aims to identify the skills gap between training and future needs, to find out what meta-skills are needed in a diverse and multicultural work community, in encounters with both colleagues and customers. The main objective of the project is to develop an optional qualification module for the Avoin Omnia. Representatives from seven countries will develop and test the online material in both educational institutions and companies. The project will promote opportunities for continuous learning and training.
