Project description

The project supports the Government Programme’s objective of taking better account of the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence and digitalisation in the development of the education system. It promotes the digitalisation of vocational education and training and develops the digital capabilities of vocational education providers. The project is implemented as a broad network of vocational education providers. The project is coordinated by Omnia, the Joint Authority of Education in the Espoo region. The project strengthens the ability of Vocation Education and Training organisations to operate effectively in a digital environment. This is achieved by developing staff competence, clear operating models and user-oriented information systems.
