Registration for autumn courses begins next week

The autumn term 2026 courses have been published on Ilmonet. Registration begins in stages by course category from 1 to 3 June. Some courses are already open for registration.

At Espoo Adult Education Centre, courses start throughout the year, and registration for many courses is open continuously. The staggered registration days apply mainly to the new term’s course offering, and they are used once in the spring and once in the autumn.

Please note that water exercise courses have their own separate registration time this year.

Greetings from Espoo Adult Education Centre’s customer service

Ilmonet passwords must be changed to 12 characters from 11 May onwards

Old passwords will no longer work from 11 May onwards. With this change, we are improving security in the online environment. If you have created your own password for logging in to ilmonet.fi, please change it to at least 12 characters long. If you use online banking credentials or a mobile certificate to log in, this change does not apply to you.

We recommend changing your password right away so that registering for courses goes smoothly.

What you need to do:

  1. Go to the “Log in” tab and sign in.
  2. Select the “My account” tab.
  3. Change your password under “Username” and confirm the password.
  4. Save the changes by clicking the green “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

The new password must:

  • be at least 12 characters long
  • include both uppercase and lowercase letters
  • include numbers
  • not include your username, first name, preferred name or surname.

Need help? Contact Espoo Adult Education Centre’s customer service, and we will help you change your password.

Customer service opening hours in the summer

In the summer, we will serve our customers according to our normal opening hours until 26 June 2026. Please see the opening hours on the Espoo Adult Education Centre customer service page.

  • From 29 June to 3 July 2026, we will serve customers by email.
  • From 6 to 17 July 2026, our customer service will be closed.
  • From 20 to 24 July 2026, we will serve customers by email.
  • From 27 July 2026 onwards, we will again serve customers according to our normal opening hours.

Instructions for the unemployment discount

  • Unemployed customers receive a 50% discount on course fees over €20.
  • Unemployment must be verified before the course starts, once per term.
  • The unemployment certificate must be no more than 30 days old. We will start accepting unemployment certificates for the autumn term on 15 July 2026.
  • The certificate must be sent to the Adult Education Centre’s customer service by secure email: https://smail.omnia.fi/.
