Emergency and accident response

Report situations that endanger safety to Omnia staff. In an emergency, call 112 and follow the instructions of the authorities and Omnia personnel.

Accidents

If an accident occurs, please contact our staff as soon as possible so that the situation can be handled.

If you are a student, report the accident as soon as possible to your responsible teacher or the teacher responsible for on-the-job learning, as well as to your workplace supervisor. You will complete Omnia’s accident report and the insurance company’s accident report together with your responsible teacher.

Safety observations

A safety observation report is a report concerning a safety hazard, an incident, a near-miss situation, or a positive safety observation.
